Yes. A friend of mine was married in Las vegas. He went with a friend to a gun shop and used some of their guns on a shooting range, a shotgun and an M16 if I remember rightly. The gun shop owner offered to sell them the weapons too.

We went to The Gun Store on East Tropicana
You dont need a licence or anything - caters to the tourist.
None of us had ever fired a gun before.

Yes, go to American Shooting Supply. It's a good store and has an indoor range with firearms for rent.
