I think you need to make sure that you are taking a high quality multi-vitamin to start with. To explain what I mean by a high-quality multi-vitamin is a multi-vitamin that does not contain any preservatives, food colorings, additives, and other not essential ingredients. The multi-vitamin should also contain the highest quality ingredients in it as well. The one that I have found that meets all of these requirements is called Intramax. This will serve as a good base and then you can add other supplements to your regimen. In regards to supplements that can help with stress and/or anxiety. I have found that if you combine multiple ingredients tends to work better than just single ingredients. I would try using Vitamin B-6 and Vitamin B-12 when you are using the SAMe. You might consider trying Passionflower,Kava,Gaba, Chamomile and aromatherapy. Another herb that you also might consider is Rhodiola Rosea.

The most popular things for general relaxation are Valerian, Chamomile, and Hops.... but some people actually wake up when they take these and are just very relaxed.

There are also some supplements that can help with stress and relaxation if you wanted natural help for that. There is St. John's Wart, SAMe (which you already know), some B-Vitamins, GABA, Ashwagandha, and L-Theanine.

As far as memory, there are quite a few things that can help with that.... the most popular are Ginkgo Biloba, Phosphatidylserine (abbreviated PS), Acetyl L-Carnitine, Bacopa Monniera (or Monnieri), DMAE, and Huperzine A.
Each of those are for general brain health, but we have many customers who get help for their memory as well (I know I've tried a few that worked for me and a couple that didn't work as well for me).

This is sometimes effective at relieving minor stress .
This herbal supplement and can be obtained at a drug store .
It is a capsule ,and it helps .

For anxiety you can try Passion Flower, lemon balm, lavender and Valerian.

I know some local drugstore have this passion flower pill .You can buy from there.
