If your computer does not see your camera as just another hard drive, you might need to load the software that came with the camera.

If, when you plug your camera into your computer and it shows as another drive, just open the drive and drag the photos off of the camera, onto your desktop.

Try opening Control Panel under add new hardware select scan for new hardware. Go to Device Manager and find your camera and try to trouble shoot or upgrade driver. You can also go to the website of your Digital Camera and try their Support button on the top of the page and look for drivers, updates, and compatability of your Digital Cam. If these steps don't work edit My Pictures and copy files from Camera to My Pictures.
