Believe it or not, the best frozen pizza I've had is Lean Cusine. The cheese melts, the crust gets crunchy, and the toppings taste like what they are, not like tinfoil or plastic - which is what happened to me with DiGiorno's.

Red Baron makes an EXCELLENT frozen pizza, however it is a little pricey, but definitely worth it. I've also heard that Freschetta is really good, but I've never tried it

Freschetta Naturally Rising pizza is pretty good - comparable to some pizza chains.

I think Jack's frozen pizza is good, but I always add more of my favorite toppings on before I bake one.

No.
But what you can do is get a plain cheese pizza and top it off with your own ingredients. I do this all the time, since I could never make a good crust.
What you gotta do is find someones crust you like, then get your own ingredients to top it off with.
Works every time.
