i need to be a physicist and chemist but i don't know how that is possible!
is there any way that can be possible? if so how?

You could study them both independently. There's a good bit of cross over between the two in some areas, for example in thermodynamics and the atomic/nuclear fields.

Or you could pursue an education in something like Physical Chemistry, which as the name implies is the application of physical concepts to macroscopic/microscopic enviroments.

Study physical chemistry or chemical physics! To start, you can double major in physics and chemistry, you should find there's a lot of overlap. This double major is only slightly more work than a math/physics double major. (At my alma mater the math courses required for physics gave you a math minor by default.)
