Dad dies 2004!
It would come as a shock & freak me out but at least I could tell him all the things I didn't have time to say.
I'd send it to myself one year exactly before he died.
Edit: This is a fantastic question, typing my answer brought tears to my eyes.

Make That Wish... growing up I've always loved wishing yet my parents and friends were always like be careful what wish for or wish specific. I made a wish about my 18th B.day when I was 10 and had no idea that it would have come true yet I did it.
I would also say "take that road" sometimes we let fear paralyze us so much that we're afraid to make a decision growing up I've learned that sometimes traveling the road that doesn't have a clear path can be pretty rewarding.
Brilliant Question by the way.

"Don't Leave Now."
In 1999, I was starting a new life in London, and the week before I lifted my mother became very ill. I thought she would be fine in a week and continued on with my move to London. The minute I landed in London, I got a phone call from my father saying she had died of cancer! She never smoked, she was always at café that permitted smoking, so she died of second hand smoke. I blame myself for leaving her at such a critic time. What's worse is, I didn't even say,"I love you" when I left. We were fighting and the last thing I said to her was,"Don't expect to hear much from me anymore" and left.

Focus on school!
5th grade I started to forget all about school and it became less important to me because I started hanging out with this girl Alisa and we were best friends but it totally screwed me up meaning school. I was so good and loved it and because I listened to what she had to say I lost focus and I can't get it back no matter how hard I try.

Don't marry young.
I'd send it to myself the day before I met my ex, when I was 15.

"Become A Teacher"
My Senior Year in High School
That way, I wouldn't have to work
during the summer and holidays, and I can spend
those days with my kids at home or somewhere else having fun.

"God is real"
During high school, I needed Him then and I wasn't listening to Him yet.
I'd like to send two letters..."Jessie Drowns April" I'd send it in January 2002 and tell him not to go swimming anywhere in april. He was 24 years old :(
I'd probably send the second one now that I think of it, i wouldn't have listened to the first one I was young and stupid.
