Do the loose stuff - like the cactus backyard right here in Henderson and Bellagio and take them with the aid of the casinos to go searching, yet you additionally can get discounted tutor tickets for locals - %. up the Friday R-J and the advert is in the NEON section.... (Cirque shows are like $40 9 or so)

My picks:
1. The Hilton, because of the Star Trek Experience, Quark's Bar, shops, museums, awesome special-effects rides, and themed sci-fi slots.
2. Caesar's Palace, with the dawn/dusk cycle in the forum, the Atlantis show, and the detailed design and shops.
3. Bellagio, lots of details and glitz.

1. The Palms. Awesome table set up, great pools, great clubs (including the playboy lounge).
2. Caesars Palce. The best looking (decorated), best location on the strip, the place is a legend.
3. Hard Rock. No one goes to the Hard Rock in hopes of making money, or to be seen at some hip spot. You go to the hard Rock to party. best atmosphere for sure.

That's a tough question cause they're all amazing!
But my fav's are Bellagio, Wynn, Venetian & Caesar's.
In the 3 times I've been to Vegas, I'm always blown away by these hotels.
As far as winnings and "paying-out" I've heard slots in downtown/Freemont St are looser.....but who knows!
However...when I went to downtown, I found it to be kinda gross and really sketchy! Trust me, you will notice the difference!
So I would reccomend staying on or near the Strip.

I felt really out of place at Ceaser's Palace, the Bellagio, and Paris. It might of been because I was trashed, but they were also very fancy.
I really enjoyed NY NY and the Luxor. More low key. I haven't been but plan on going next time to the Palms, seem to be more my people.
It all depends on what crowd you're in, what you want to do, and what style your comfortable with.

Caesars has the best mall & great gourmet restaurants (Guy Savoy & Boa, and they have a caviar bar)!
Mandalay Bay has some of the best restaurants & bars (Burger Bar, Aureole, Red Square).
Venetian has the 2nd best mall & the best rooms (most expensive).
