Average: Kansas City, Jacksonville, Greenbay, Carolina, NY Giants,
Below Average: Oakland, Atlanta, Houston, Washington
Above Average: Indy, Chicago, Seattle, Pittsburgh, New Orleans
These are not given in any particular, just how they hit my mind.
I personnally think they all should be considered the same until after the third week of regular season. There is always a couple of surprises out there.

With the exception of their superbowl run years, I would have to say the St. Louis Rams, they most of the time end up at 8-8 or 9 - 7 or 7- 9 over the past five years.
Also since Marvin H. The Bengals are a consistant 8-8 team.

Jacksonville Jaguars
EDIT: Amart are you kidding me?
Just 2 seasons ago the Ravens went 6-10
3 seasons ago the Bears were 5-11.
In 2003 the Chargers won 4 games.
That is not consistent in my book.

The Chiefs..they are about as average as a team is to me.
After that, The Rams.. the Giants.. and the Packers also all seem average.
LOL at the idiot who asid Cowboys/Jags and /Panthers. I guess 10-6 is average to him.

Anyone who isnt the Colts, Patriots, Bears, Ravens, or Chargers... (consistantly 10+ win teams)
More Specifically:
Dallas (9-7)
Kansas City (9-7)
Denver (9-7)
St. Louis (8-8)
Carolina (8-8)
Green Bay (8-8)
N.Y. Giants (8-8)
Tennessee (8-8)
Jacksonville (8-8)
Cincinnati (8-8)
Pittsburgh (8-8)
These are all mediocre teams...

Jaguars. They might get into the playoffs with some frequency however they never advance. They have inconsistencies at QB. They show strength and weaknesses on both sides of the ball. Their coach is good enough to keep them competitive but never to get over the top.
