Between those two I would choose KFC, but Pioneer chicken (which I think is now obsolete), a chain that used to be in California when I was a kid was the best chicken EVER!

Popeyes taste good when they cook it right, but I'd have to say KFC! Their extra crispy chicken, popcorn chicken, and biscuits are my favorite!

I've never had Popeyes so I can't say them but I can definitly tell you it's not KFC.....that stuff is disgusting.
