he says he would take out Al Queda leaders in Pakistan if he had "actionable intelligence". But when he and his cronies knew that Bin Ladin and other Al Queda leaders were meeting in Pakistan they did nothing. When asked about why they did not take action, Rove responded that the administration "had concerns about invading a sovereign nation"...which is it?

He talks like this about Al Qaeda, and bin Laden because he wants to appease his supporters and 'stand tough' on security. There is also the idea of throwing no-bid contracts to the people who paid for his campaigns. He has to also deal with his friends in Saudi Arabia who are part of the Carlyle Group, another entity that helped this regime achieve power.

On the other hand, he does nothing when it comes to catching bin Laden, and getting rid of Al Qaeda, because if he did actually do these things, there would be no more boogey man. No more fear card to play against public opinion. No more no-bid contracts for the corporations that put this regime in power.

In other words. He's all talk, no action, because if he acted, he would have nothing to talk about.

The administration's 'War on Terror' doesn't acknowledge that the epicenter of terrorism is in Saudi Arabia.

That country's dominant religion, Wahhabism, allows and encourages the murder of Westerners.

A majority of terrorist funding originates in the Saudi elite class (government).

Yet, we are to believe that Saudi Arabia is our ally.

I don't get it.

Elect Barack Obama. He will invade Pakistan. He said so last week. Actually we need an ally so we can get into Afghanistan. I agree that we can't invade an ally. The current president is better than an Islamic fanatic who wouldn't give anything to the US. Getting bin-Laden will not solve all the terror problems of the world.

He also said this war was only going to last a few months. He's a politician, ill informed and stubborn. This combination has created a disastrous administration.
