As a professional commercial dj I find that "theme songs" or fun songs are requested the most like chicken dance, nutbush, grease megamix, YMCA etc. Macarena is probably the biggest trend song. I think Celebration by Kool and the Gang or Locomotion by Kylie would have to be up there.
