At 100 percent humidity,the dew point temperature is the same as the air temperature.Hence the range of dew point is the same as the range of the air temperature recorded so far over the earth.

absolute 0 to infinity. If you are at 100% humidity then I would think you are already at the dew point.

It depends but usually is the same as air temperature or just some degrees of difference. Dewpoint is always smaller than temperature, but as close as it is from it, more increases humidity. So range varies, not up to infinite because temperatures infinites are never seen. but remember it has to be close to air temperature, as closer, more humidity.
