How could u not know... 3stacks is one of the best ever. He is in my top 5 anytime. U, just like a lot of other people didn't have your ears open all these years. As for T.I. if you go back and listen to the first three albums, you'll see why people say he is so nice, but I'm not really feelin' him lyrically like I did. As for the best rapper, there are plenty that I think rival Wayne, but don't have a mainstream audience like he does. We all know the names... Common... Talib Kweli... Mos Def... AZ... Dead Prez... all been holdin there on for years, but nobody listens to lyrics anymore. Production is what sells records now, and if you happen to be able to really spit, it's a plus, but nobody listens anyway, so it really doesn't matter. Listen to the Outkast Aquemini album... I mean really listen... Dre and Big Boi are the best rap duo EVER... hands down.

Weezy aint the best, Im sorry, T.I. gots the flow and the wordplay, and that southern slurr. Wayne do got some hot ****, but i dont believe nothing he says, unlike other rappers. So maybe the question to be asking is how many rappers have to fall before weezy can be number 1?

I do not think Lil Wayne is the best rapper, so who would step up if something happened Wayne well there are many rappers who are above lil wayne. there are no slots for him left on those seats, and if there were he would not even be considered to be in line.
sorry I just dont like his lyrics.

weezy aint even the best outta the south. it would be nice if the boy would stick to a subject on a song. one minute he's merkin someone next minute he's talkin on some other nonsense. I'll admit i used to think the man had skills but it's pretty easy to ramble on a track for 16 bars and speak about pretty much nothing. My vote goes for Chamillinaire. I'd say he the best outta the south

It would probably be the likes of T.I., Game, or Jeezy. Artists like Nas, Common, and Jay-Z are good artists but it takes more than just being able to write good lyrics. It depends on what the people wnat to hear, and most want the more mainstream stuff.
