If you are really lazy don't eat this saves going to the store (using uneccessary leg muscles), opening up the fridge (uses upper arm motion) preparing something to actually eat and then eating it(eating uses jaw and abdominal muscles).
Just lay on the couch (or bed) and watch tv and watch the fat melt away. (Of course you will die without eating but that won't happen for at least 3-4 days)

handcuffs and have somebody duct tape you mouth. then sit you out in the sun to melt a little away each day. do get some water but no food. you got so much food stored up it would last a year for sure. face it, you are a natural born glutton and you had fun eating too much now you gotta pay. now losing it is a matter of whether or not you care to live much longer. while you suffering and sweat keep saying to yourself, "i do want another chance. i do want to have a real life. i do want to stay alive. praise jesus!"

walking and running yeah but thats not when your lazy, lazy is just doing a couple rounds through your house or sitting on the floor when watching tv, helps you move more or figiting

The easiest thing is to just be fat.
The first thing is you have to reduce your intake of food.
Then improve the quality of the food you eat.
No sugar, low carb, lots of veggies (no Ranch dressing)
Water instead of soda. Lean meats and fish.
Then start walking.
But from the sound of it, you won't get this far.

well if you know how to swim go to the local pool and swim laps. from what I've heard and experienced, you can lose the same amount of fat in a much shorter time than if you were running.
