I've worked with vitex clinically for two decades, and have never seen it cause depression. I have learned in working with natural therapies to never say never, and people can react to herbs in all types of ways. Working with NAET in clinic showed me that people can be allergic to just about anything, and allergies will pull your energy down and can mimic depression.
This is not a common issue with Vitex, and I have seen this herb help tons of women.
Vitex spp.-man jing zi-Chaste Berry
Vitex has been used for thousands of years for its beneficial affect on the female hormonal system and modern research has confirmed this use. Vitex is especially helpful for PMS and in reversing estrogen dominance in menopause that leads to excessive bleeding. It clears Liver heat, especially associated with headaches and eye pain.

Chasteberry is pretty good for PMS, along with some other "monthly issues" because of its progesterone-like effect. There's also an herb called "Crampbark".... I thought it was a joke at first, but it actually helps for any and all cramps.
Some natural herbs actually give a lot of relief for a lot of women. Try Omega-6 fatty acids like those in Borage Oil or Evening Primrose Oil... that's probably the most popular item I see that sells for PMS and other "monthly issues".

I think progesterone creme applied to the skin for the last week before your period works better. Vitex has a mild estrogenic effect as does saw palmetto.
In some areas progesterone is not available. It would depend on where you live.

Ehm..
Premature ejaculation can be cured with natural methods. One really good one you can follow is http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=565
When a man is suffering from premature ejaculation, he is often climaxing before his partner and in the case of most men it is difficult if not impossible for them to continue intercourse after ejaculating. That’s because chemicals are released when a man ejaculates and these are the same chemicals that make a person feel sleepy and/or not aroused. It’s not that they have suddenly lost interest; just their brain is telling them that the sex is over. This effect is more prominent after intercourse than after masturbation because intercourse actually causes four times more of these chemicals to be released. If premature ejaculation occurs frequently, it can lead to embarrassment for the man and sexual frustration for both partners.

Premature ejaculation is caused by specific things that you do before and during sex. Most of the time without even realizing it. Read here https://tr.im/6YHAY
Premature ejaculation is not some gene you're born with, the result of your penis size or a part of your personality that you can never change.

Yes, but I had to stop taking it because it was causing me bad headaches. I'm just really prone to headaches though. You should try it, but if you do get pregnant, stop taking it immediately.
