How can I upload my Angelfire web page with Web Shell?

I created and saved a page usiing Microsoft Publisher

I tried Browse Upload and overwrite the page to Web Shell

I do not see any preview button

Do I have to use the Angelfire Template

After you upload it, you have to edit the page and you'll see the preview button. You don't necessarily have to edit anything, just click on the name, the Edit button and preview it.
