Is it normal to feel sick one day and then feel fine the next? My breasts were realyl hurting me for last two weeks but they dont hurt as much anymore. I guess my question is -- can symptoms vary tremendously from day to day. I am so scared to miscarry and not know it.

Yes, especially if you take different prenatal vitamins every day.
I got about 10 different samples from my doc. Some have iron, some don't. That effects nausea.
What you eat/don't eat can affect it too. If you drink caffeine, that can make you feel bad. I have very little nause if I don't drink coffee in the morning.
As for breast pain...you might be getting used to the pain, or maybe it is just going away. My breasts weren't sensitive in the middle of my pregnancy either. They stopped.

There are going to be days where your so sick you may not want to eat at all... and some days where you'll eat like a horse. Its normal for the symptoms to vary like that from time to time... try not to worry to much.

Its hard to say since every pregnancy is different, all I know is that being pregnant sends your body into a whirlwind of of up's and down's. Check with your doctor to be sure, explain your fears to her/him and they could help to to recognize what normal and abnormal.

It could be normal, but try to think positive and don't stress to much about it and just keep on praying for the best, I'll pray for you.
