You have an image, open it in an image program. Find the starting point you want the link to be in the image map. from topleft of the area you want it to the bottom right of the area you want it to be. From there follow the example below:




//200,150 is the top left- 500,250 is the bottom right

Here is one of the best, step by step tutorials I have ever seen for this... it uses css but that is the best way to go these days!
