I feel like going outside a letting off a "primal" scream!!!!lol

Some stress is stress, other stress is perception. Buy a supplement of magnesium. Take half before bed. Don't ever take magnesium in the morning. Two days later take another half before bed. Think about what is causing you stress. Write them all down on a piece of paper. On a seperate piece of paper, make a to-do list of things that can help to eliminate your stress.

If you're stressed, ORGANIZE! If you don't have one, get a calendar or datebook. You can use the one on your cell phone if you want! Take note of everything that's coming up. Don't just write things down! Use the calendar to priorotize! Think in terms of what's coming up, what needs more effort, and what's important to you, and decide how you want to work on those things by that list.

Take some time everyday to relax! Listen to music, take a quick nap, eat some ice cream! Chill out for 30 minutes or so, and just take a quick break!

There are a lot of things you can do to relieve stress, so those are just some ideas!

well, go out and let out a primal scream!! it helps a lot!!...otherwise, try getting a full body massage...
another way is to just pick up a pen and write what u feel...even if u feel like swearing all over the paper, do so, it just gets a lot of tension off your back...

I tke a warm bath. It seem that the tub is the ONLY place that I can get some peace. That is if my oldest, the 2 year old, isn't outside of the door screaming "Mommy, I take a bath with you."

Well I know dat Rocky punched alot of stuff, Steve-O had a leech on his eyeball, James Bond slept wit different women, Da Rock did "da peoples elbow", Trish Strauss pulled other females clothes off. So I guess you take someone's clothes off and sleep wit dem while puttin a leech on there eyeball and then use "da peoples elbow and just continue to punch dem. Let me know how dat turns out. LOL!!

I work out, play the guitar or piano, and listen to music. But I haved tried screaming and it really does help.

hypnosis, more sleep, taking your mind off yourself and focing on pleasant things and pleasant people. especially love songs like "love will make you happy" by mercy and exiles "i wanna kiss you all over". the righteous brothers "unchained melody" is sad but will draw the sadness out of you. the youngbloods' "let's get together" is a real heartsong.
