I had to enroll for Yahoo Answers on the Yahoo Answers Vietnam page because I got Error 999 .

I've been on the South Korea & Spain sites. And yes I've asked and answered questions. I mostly just stick to yahoo UK/Ireland and US though.

No, I have email friends India, Iran, South Africa etc. that I can ask. They all are on the USA Yahoo.
