My computer is not a laptop. And I need this information to install wireless networking on my computer

A cardbus, or PCMIA, probably won't work on your desktop simply because few desktops actually have the appropriate slot for a cardbus.

But don't fret--you can get wireless connectivity other ways.

Go to the link below and buy his PCI wireless card. You install it into your motherboard into an empty PCI slot and Wireless is yours.

A 32-Bit cardbus card is a PCMCIA card that goes into a notebook. There are PCI adapters for desktop computers but requires you to open up the computer and install it on an available PCI slot. Best thing to do is just to get a USB wireless card.

Your motherboard PCI slots are "32 bit cardbus" slots.

What Ron said. 32-bit PCI slots are the most common. Odds are that is all that is in your computer unless you spent a lot of money on it.

Take the cover off and peak inside.
