Do guys really need gfs?

i imagine the answer would be the same as if girls need bfs. i think everyone, men and women alike, like companionship and would rate it as being pretty important. again it depends on whether or not you can find the right person.

"NEED" of course NOT.

We only have three needs: Food, Shelter & Air.
Even "Love" is only a want.

Just because you call it a "need" doesn't make it one.

Now your question should be: "Do guys really want gfs?"

The answer to that question is yes, because a girlfriend is fantasy concept of everything we want a woman to be like.

An example is the cream of having a million dollars. We think of all the fun it would be to spend it, but real people find out that a million isn't that much money once you start spending it and Uncle Sam takes his share.

It all goes down to the idea of something and the reality of it.

I am more comfortable being open with women, so yes, I need a girlfriend with whom I can talk and share my inner most feelings. It would be nice if I could do that with my wife, but I can't. When I need to talk about negative feelings or I have been hurt or am upset it is normally due to my wife and she just takes what I say and turns it around to make me the bad person. So I *need* a girlfriend with whom I can talk. In fact, my girlfriend is the reason I am still married. She has more than once convinced me to keep trying when I was ready to just give up and end my marriage. So to those women who say if you are married, you shouldn't have girlfriends, remember, his girlfriend may be why you are not on the singles board.

Nope, I have avoided relationships for over a year and I am still happy. To each their own though. It is not for everyone.
