I could never get a gun and kill it! MEAN! CAn you call 911 for seeing a bear? Is that against the rules?

I would go to the window and just take in the moment of this wonderful sight. I would not go outdoors though until the bear left or someone called 911.
Watch your surroundings.~~
In your case, don't leave food out. You may have a frequent visitor. Could be coming down from the hillside looking for food. Be very careful. I live in the heart of Houston,Texas USA so its not bears we fear.~~~ Its gangs & high crime, illigals from across the border of Mexico & etc. and mafia type gangs out of New Orleans after hurricain Katrina & Rita.~~~

i'd stay indoors until he have been given his fill, there is not any longer something in my backyard to entice a bear and he would bypass away quickly, yet until then i'd shop my canines and relatives indoors. I admire the bear, no longer afraid, I actually have a telephone and a gun if decide for be

I dont know well if there was a bear in my front yard then yeah! But i dont know i would if i were you!!! No call animal control

Call the animal control and stay indoor until that bear has been caught.

you could call 911 or you can also call animal patrol to have them come out if you spot a bear wandering if your neighborhood.

i live next door to a u.s. forest and have all the wild animals in back yard. they ("ranger rick") says to leave it alone and it will go away. i leave my dog inside and bang pots together and scare them way. i've never dialled 911 to me it's not an emergency, just an inconvenience.

i know what i shouldn't do - take a picture. a lady got killed in the woods a few weeks ago because she put a blitz in the eyes of the bear
