Use a vacuum cleaner and than a damp mop. There is not enough mercury in it to hurt you. Carefull of the sharp pieces.

The only risk I know about is the small amount of mercury in each bulb. Make sure you clean it up well. Here is good link on reading.

It has mercury in it. Sweep it very carefully into a dustpan and try not to breathe the powder or touch it.
