Ok, well I'm 2 weeks late for my period (usually 26/27 day cycle, now on day 40 and nothing) I got slight cramps about a week ago, but but they were almost un noticable.

A few days after missed period I took 3 tests that said negative, and yesterday took another that said negative. I'm awaiting results from doctors on test there, but assume as its the same as a home test basicly it'll come back the same.

The problem is I feel like theres something different, and can't help but think I may be pregnant.I feel a bit sick at time, but nothing major, I'm eating a bit more, and tire more easily, but that could be a number of reasons I know. I'm not stressed at all.. Few problems in my life but nothing thats affectin me too much. I'm hearing alot on here of people showing negative on urine and blood tests, yet finding they're pregnant later on.

Anyone any thoughts/feelings on whether I'm pregnant or not?

Its a urine test they did, not a blood 1. They said its being sent to the hospital for results. I asked for an instant test and the nurse said they didnt do them..

Just been through the same thing myself 5th test i did was the only possitive one and by that point i was 11 1/2 weeks pregnant!!!! Now 13 weeks today!!! Doctors tests can also come up false too so request blood tests too, if they come up negative too then request a scan!!!!

i had a negative result but I was pregnant with an ectopic pregnancy. The reason the test showed negative was because there was something wrong with the pregnancy and the hormone (HCG) levels were not high enough to show up the test. I ended up ruptured tube which resulted in an ovary and the tube being removed, so yes you could be pregnant. If your results keep coming back negative and you still dont have a period then I would ask your doctor for a blood test to check. Good luck

It would seem you were pregnant, but all you can do is wait for the blood results. It is possible to have negative urine tests and have a positive blood test. It take a certain amount of the pregnancy hormone to make a urine test positive. Blood tests are much more accurate and more sensitive. Good luck.

Well girl you need to get a blood test done. I took 4 pregnancy tests between home and Planned Parenthood. I went to the ER for cramping and their urine test came back negative. They ruled it as a miscarriage and sent me home. 3 weeks later I found out I really was pregnant that entire time. Had they done a blood test, they would have seen that.

You said you think the doctor's test will be the same as the HPT. If you took a urine test in the doctor's office, that will be true. However, if they did a blood test (which is what I assume since you have to wait for the results) they should be able to measure the exact amount (if any) Hcg (the pregnancy hormone) in your body. That is much more specific than a home test, so good luck and best wishes to you. You should know something for certain when the doctor's office calls you back.

When you skip a period, which your body will do for no good reason, you will have very different symptoms than usual. They are all the regular PMS symptoms only amplified.

There are no differences between PMS symptoms and early pregnancy. All of them are the same.

Its highly unlikely that you're pregnant, instead, your bodys hormones are fluctuating, as they will naturally, and it causes all those weird feelings youre having.

I had four pregnancy tests including a early one and they were both negative. Had a blood test which revealed I was pregnant. Fingers crossed for you.

Interesting...

Definitely discuss with your OBGYN. An ultrasound would show conclusively whether you have a baby implanted.
