Ok my previous qn was thet I never renewed my magazine subscription when they asked me whether i would like to renew and they sent me thanks for renew letter(which i thought maybe by mistake)but they also sent me a copy and now again they have sent me telling that i assured to pay when i renewed but u nevver paid pls pay blah blah..i dont know what to do..moreover they never also allow typed messages in their customer service thing in their website everythings just in an option manner..help pls..what should i do...morever i never wanted to commit saying "pls cancel my subscription" bcos i nevr renewed and i dont wanted to pay for the copy they sent me!Help!Anbody in my situation!

I had the same problem with them, except that my subscription was not up for another four months. I was sent a bill for the renewal that I never submitted. I just called their customer service line and told the rep that I had time left on my subscription and I'd renew if and when I wanted. I never got another bill, and I got the remainder of my subscription without a problem. Try that, and good luck!

They sent me a letter saying they were going to automatically renew my subscription, and I wrote cancel on the bill and sent it back. I have not heard anything else from them and have not received any more magazines. I would try to find a customer service phone number on their website or in an old magazine.
