You should definitely go see your eye doctor first, then if you aren't satisfied and still have problems, see your regular doctor. It could just be your eyesight changing, but its always better to be safe when it comes to pain in that region! Good luck!

You're experiencing an inflamed sinus, perhaps due to seasonal allergies. Slight pressure changes occur when changing positions, like sitting to standing or when you are in a vehicle. I'm willing to bet that the pain you experience behind your eyes is accompanied by post nasal drip also. Taking an OTC medication such as Clariton D will help.

It could be eye strain. Or it could be that your blood pressure is doing strange things with your sudden change in position: That happens a lot at your age. I think I was in my 20's before I outgrew that.

Now, you might try drinking more water: Sometimes dehydration will cause headaches, vertigo, and fatigue.

If that doesn't work, talk with your parents about diabetes. My mother's diabetic, and at times she will have symptoms like yours. Though so far she can control it with diet.

If you wear contacts try taking them out, otherwise it could be that you don't eat enough or that your equilibrium is off and you get unbalanced very easily. If you do wear contacts, it could be that they are just a bad pair, so try to get new ones. If this does not help try to see your eye doctor ASAP.
