To be frank, I'd probably die fairly quickly. But, in the meantime...
I'd try and find other humans. They are mostly nomadic at this point in time, although groups are probably forming some small semi-permanent settlements. Humans are well beyond "cavemen" by 7000 BCE.
Of course, I would't know a word of their language, so communication would be slow. I would volunteer to be as helpful as possible, so that they would take me in, as I would be quite lost in this world. It would be fascinating to see how life really was that long ago: I am a historian after all, and surviving evidence is very sketchy! I'd bemoan the lack of a method of recording what I was witnessing.

If I were to wake in 7000 BCE, I would hope I that I would wake up in NorthWestern America. I'd then set about finding bees wax to make candles, an ash tree for staves and bows, several kinds of teas, and hemp plants to make rope and smoke. A white giant bearing such gifts would probably be easily accepted, especially when he also bears bark with charcoal drawings of a wheeled cart.

I'd use my modern knowledge to good effect, possibly gathering a cave-man army and teaching them to use bows and how to make swords.
