I just accepted a new job so I will be done witjh my current job in 2 weeks. Earlier this year I had to take a month off work because I had surgery. Well, I had rto use my vacation time so I wouldn't go a month without pay. Well, they are taking 4 1/2 days off my last check because I used unearned vacation time. I know the company has the right to do that, but darn it, I had to take the rest of that time off with no pay!! Grrr! Makes me mad!!!

No it isn't fair and they suck. Don't do anything these last two weeks and I'll be damned if I would even show up those last four days. I will send you some money and you can eat with us every night, too. ♥

Yes it is quite fair...

It is your responsibility to keep up with how many days paid time off you have left. Why would you get mad at your company for doing what they are supposed to be doing?/

You should be mad at yourself......
