my boyfriend wants to name the baby Ethnie(it means little fire in celctic) but we cant think of a middle name that sounds very good.

Jayden is actually a girl's name as well as a boy's, and it is becoming more popular. I would worry about having a girl Jayden in the same class. Of course you could always call him Jay, which I prefer. Cooper is a really nice, because it reminds me of chickens! Dillon is okay, I guess, but I wouldn't choose it myself. My favourite name is Ethnie. Maybe it's just because I seem to like old Celtic names. So I would choose either Cooper or Ethnie.

I dislike Jayden for a boy because it's been feminized.
Cooper Ray - I like the name just fine, but keep in mind that it will be shortened to Coop. If you are ok with that, keep it.
Dillon Ray - This name is becoming very popular.
Ethnie sounds like a girl's name. Also, if you search the internet, you'll find that this word is used many different ways and may not really be appropriate. Don't know your professions, but imagine a 40 year old professional accountant introducing himself as Ethnie. My sister notes that it sounds an awful lot like ethnic. Now, there is a version (same approx. meaning) spelled Eithne (pronounced eye th knee - 2 syllables though) That would actually work better. Sounds more Celtic and less 'cutesy'.

Love the name Ethnie Taylor. I won't even try to come up with a middle name because I think Taylor sounds so good with it. As long as this is a girls name....I wouln't like it at all for a boy but sounds so pretty for a girl.
Kaden and Jayden are such popular names now. Stay away from that! Plus I have a neice Jaedyn so to me its more girly even though its a boys name.
Like Cooper Ray and Dylan Ray. I like Dylan spelled this way better. I like the name Jace for a middle name too.

Jayden Cooper sounds really nice. Ethnie, though I like the meaning, he might get made fun of in school. Ethnie Taylor does sound nice though.

Cooper Ray would be my favorite out of those three. Adorable on a little boy, yet charming on an older man.
With Ethnie, names starting with "TH" or "N" will flow well with the middle sounds in Ethnie.

I like the names Dillon & Jayden, Ethnie is okay but I would use that as a middle name...Dillon Ethnie or Jayden Ethnie CONGRATS!
