They concluded that if only one parent was either invisible , or semi-invisible , the offspring had an 89.03917 % chance of being normal .
If both parents were invisible , the chances of the offspring being invisible also were increased dramatically ..... in most cases up to 99.59083 %

I don't think it is. It's a handy trick to learn though. The basic physics behind it involves the setting up of an intense SEP field around that which you wish to be invisible. SEP of course standing for Somebody Elses Problem.

In a societal sense it is. Sometimes the cause is socio-economic. The poor are always pseudo-invisible.

Yes, it seems that if people ignored your parents and brothers and sisters they will inevitably ignore you as well unless you have something interesting to say! Trust me I know because until I started being my own person my parents would constantly confuse all our names and just settled on saying 'boy' or 'girl',... that is horrible! ha ha.
