Rusty water. It ruins our clothes. I have to take half my laundry to my mom's. We have to buy bottled water. AND it is a mother of a pain to keep things looking nice.

My backyard faces west and gets the hot evening sun and there are no trees. So in the evening we can't use the deck or patio. It's great for the garden but bad for evening entertaining. The front that gets the evening shade from the house also has two trees so we sit out there. We just have never planted a tree out back due to the sprinkler system.

My pet peeves are the numerous TINY cupboards the original builders decided to stick in every little cranny instead of making them parts of rooms... ARGH!
If you need more storage areas, try baskets with cloths over them for neatness, and tall thin cupboard with sliding doors so you won't have to worry about "opening-out" space.

My kitchen, its 1970's style all dark wood and burnt orange counter tops, with brown and white tiles. I have a carpenter booked to build me a new one, but he cant make it until Christmas. I got so depressed looking at how ugly it is, that I ripped the cabinets out myself, and now all i have in there is a sink and the fridge.

Well I am in an apartment right now and I can hear everything the upstairs neighbor does. Sometimes it feels as if they are going to break through the roof!

Storage for me too, but even worse is that my living room is teeny tiny, but the dining room is HUGE!! Where to put my sofas????

Lack of cabinet space and electrical outlets!! We have more cords in this place than I have ever seen!!!
