Growing a little weary of the 12 year old assistant D.A.

I'm hoping that the trial ends soon (although from the all the other felonies and the Carmen Mesta cold case, it looks as if we could be seeing that courtroom for the next three years.
I'm not expecting Phyllis to get off totally scot-free, but I really hope she is found not guilty of extortion and sentenced to community service. Especially since Brad and SharHo should get what's coming to them for that scandalous little scene in New York. They don't need a witness stand, they need a confession box.

Hopefully soon. But, I am a huge fan of Y&R. I think that Phyllis should be charged with extortion. I believe that she will face jail time. Even her own husband, Nick who doesn't remember the incident but saw it on tape thinks she's guilty. I agree with Nick...it shows what she did was the truth. Plus, if she goes to jail....Nick will be able to raise Summer and try to lure Sharon back in his life. And yeah, what is up with the assistant D.A. coming out as Paul's daughter but he hasn't told her that yet!

I know! And she's not taken seriously because she looks so young & naive. I think that's why the charges against Phyllis will be dropped because she can't argue the case right and it's starting to get annoying.

They will draw it out but I say in a week or two because they have to bring in the storyline that Summer is not Nick's child.
So that means Phyllis is not going to jail.

Well, I heard from a spoiler site that Phyllis will not go to jail because the charges will be dropped-and Nikki will be so mad!
