how much would it cost to own my own parking garage? lets just say i want a 6 or 7 story building! about 2 million bucks?

Your charges are too low. Central London Multi-storey car parks charge more like $90-$100 per day. At those prices you can afford the mortgage or rental on your 6-7 storey building.

That depends upon where you are. If you're doing that in Midtown Manhattan, you'll go bankrupt pretty quickly at $10 per car per day. You'd be hard pressed to buy enough space for 10 cars for $2 mil. The $100 per day income wouldn't even pay the mortgage note -- around $20k per month.
