Not that i know of. You can take birth control to stop or regulate the bleeding. Other than that you'll just have to deal with it.

Periods are a pain (literally!). However, you really need to be careful as you can suffer from anemia (low iron) if you bleed too much too fast. Your body will choose the speed best for you. It's normal for it to vary and take 5 -8 days on average. As someone who has been in hospital with too much bleeding and had to control anemia I would not recommend trying to speed things up. However, a bit of exercise might help, but don't push yourself beyond what you find comfortable. It might be an idea to speak to your doctor. Please be careful.

no, but if you talk to your doctor about the Pill you might want to start one of the new pills that lets you have only 4 periods a month. I started the pill a few years ago and my periods have been a lot lighter and shorter. I went from 7 days to 4! Plus if you have a hard time with cramps this is the way to go. Hope this helps you out.

No you cant make it go faster, it is the shedding of your uterus lining that is coming out and it just has to do it on its own. If you were thinking about using douche to make it "rinse" out faster, don't. I tried that once and got a yeast infection right afterwards. It will upset the natural balance in your vagina and it isn't good. If you are open to taking birth control pills, consider Yaz. I take them and there are 24 pills instead of only 21 so it is to help make your period shorter and reduce side effects of PMS.
