At least one year to fully assimilate into your new inviroment. You will always look back, but it does get easier. Hang in there!! You never know whats around the bend!! You may just meet your Huckleberry!!

Good Luck!

You need to make that change almost as quickly as you move... You would need to know the area and the only way to ask is the person next door to you...

But it is all a matter of your self and how much confidence you have towards it... I usually take the bull by the horn so to speak so I might be quicker than you but if it takes you more time so be it... No one has a timer on you... don't make it more than it seems...

Ages. You can get on with the work and look ok but underneath it takes a long time as in months to adapt to a new gang

For me it takes months, especially when I didn't want the change. You eventually settle down.

it depends on the individual and the circumstances. I recently moves and am very content with my new life. You can also maintain contacts with your old friends and hopefully you will easily make new friends
