x^2y^2 + 2xy + 1 - 16p^2
=(xy+1)^2 - (4p)^2
= (xy+1+4p) (xy+1-4p) Ans.

x^2y^2 + 2xy + 1 - 16p^2 =
(xy + 1)^2 - (4p)^2

You could factor 4 into 2^2 if you wanted, but this is basically it.
