A hearty breakfast like bacon egg and cheese with orange juice plus a multivitamin. If your stomach is torn up and cant handle orange juice try vitamin water. The best pain reliever for a hang over is Asprin. Today eat foods with a little extra salt in them. i normally drink pinnaple or cranberry juice as my last beverage at the party then i go home and drink water before bed and then wake up in the middle of the night to drink a cup of water so by the time morning hits i barely ever feel a hang no matter how much i drank because i'm well hydrated by the morning ---A friend of mine drinks pedialyte after hang overs.

The Homeopathic remedy NUX VOMICA works the best in hangovers in 30 or 200 potency.
In fact nothing works better.

Take Care and God Bless

When I feel that way (which doesn't happen often, but every now and then) I drink a lot of really cold ice water the next morning. It hydrates me even more and helps me recover faster. Good luck!

Don't purge! You will loose more fluids.
Eat a big breakfast (Try scrambled eggs and ketchup with black pepper, parsley and a little sea salt) and take some vitamin C and MOST IMPORTANT high potency Vitamin "B's''.
Sleep and don't do it again!

Time and staying hydrated is the only real "cure" for a hangover. You can try emetrol to address the nausea and a mild analgesic (e.g., advil) to treat any headache.

carbs...they absorb they alcohol. try to eat a sandwich or something heavy. try to drink some more water as well, to help flush the alcohol out of your system
