There are many organisations that would assist gays, and many that assist young gays. You must however provide more details before anyone can be able to provide anys ensible information.

I'm sure you would be able to find many older men who would be willing to sponsor you, support you, and take care of for awhile. Just a guess, but I don't think this is a difficult task. Just get your name out a little more.

Do you live in a country where being gay is illegal?
If you don't, there's no need to run away.
People can't run away from their problems-- you have to face them sometime.
