Allergic to snow peas which is weird. Same symtoms get itchy whole head then spread to upper body. Try talcum powder it helps relieve the itchiness a little.

Chocolate, all nuts except Almonds, sunflower seeds, Milk (not cheese and yogurt though), peanut butter, Codeine, dust, some kinds of bugs, grass pollen, flowers, mold, etc

MAKE UP, mainly eye make up, but my skin is sensitive. Luckily, it is not that necessary as I have olive skin and long eye lashes with brown eyes (much like my picture) some sun products also. Moisturizer too.
