Daisymae, will you marry me? One Step Beyond was without question one of the spookiest shows in history. I loved The Twilight Zone, but was scared to death by One Step Beyond. And Soupy, AKA The Jellybeaner, was about as funny as it gets.
Pafilaficah.

Hey Toodeemo, I remember all of them. I was scared to watch One Step Beyond, the music itself was spooky. Soupy Sales was my all time favorite and made me laugh alot. I also enjoyed Honey West and Steve Allen (smock smock), and Louie Nye ha ha. Wish we had TV like that again. Guess its not going to happen.

I never watched Burkes Law or Honey west or Ernie Kovacs. The rest of them I watched alot. Soupy Sales was one of my favorite. Esepcially with White Fang and Pooky. Twilight Zone and One Step Beyond were spooky for the times. I got to watch them again years later when I was in college. They kind of made a comeback on Wednesday nights. Those two shows and Outer Limits were all on. Beer and Pizza, room 1307.
That's it. Now I will be thinking of every program I ever watched. Saturday TV cartoons, Heckyl and Jeckyl, Staurday movies, like the Bowery boys, East side kids, Tarzan, Charlie Chan, Sherlock Holmes. We only had about 7 channels and that was in the Chicago area. Garfield Goose, Ray Rayner, Three Stooges after school, Buster Brown kids hour with " Plunk you magic twunger Fruggy". Uncle Johnny Koontz. Ding Dong School etc.
Thanks alot. Now I wont even be able to find time to go to the john for writing all this down. ( do some more will ya)

Most of them. Burke's Law and Honey West I remember only as names in the TV Guide, but most of the rest I saw on a regular basis. I have a DVD of some old Red Skelton shows.

I remember. the twilight zone scaring me at age of 4.
One step beyond and Red Skelton were my faves.
I loved Red.
In Iowa in stead of Beanie and Cecil we had "Floppy" a dog puppet and every one wanted to beep his nose and tell silly jokes to him.
"Wheres Floppy?" brings back memories to all iowa raised kids (even those who are now 50something+)

I remember, except for Honey West, and I can only assume my father did not care for the program, and it was on when it was not "kiddie T.V. time," like right after school, or Saturday morning. The rest of the time, Father Knew Best! He was a bit of a telly addict, and monopolized our one T.V.
I loved the Honeymooner's and do own most episodes. I cried on the last episode of Howdy Doody. Anybody remember Joe Pyne? He was the original "man you want to punch!" Wally Cox as Mr. Peepers was one of my favorite characters.

I remember the ones we could receive. Being in the country, we had one choice, which was CBS. It is too bad that there can't be funny tv shows anymore. Most is just filth.
