Have you heard of the yogurt called Activia? It is supposed to regulate your system. I am 31 weeks pregnant and it works like a dream for me. Eat 1 or 2 cups a day and it should only take a day or two to kick in...at least thats all it took for me. It will be such a relief.

If you chat with your doctor as well. There's a prenatal vitamin that comes with a built in stool softener. Works pretty well...

Just letting you know what's out there. I stuck with the Raisin Bran and lots of fruit juice. Best of luck!

Nothing wrong with apple juice, prune juice or just increasing your daily fiber intake. You dont always have to take anything, sometimes the best medicine can be found in green leafy veggies.

A glass of prune juice every day did the trick for me. My doc told me to use glycerin suppositories, but prune juice seemed like a more pleasant solution.

Good luck!

Ask you OBGyn. There is something but I can't recall right off what it is. I had the same problem and my doctor recommended this specifically. It wasn't Correctol though.

Up your fruit intake, drink more water and how about something like prunes?

I was told to take Correctol because it was a gentle laxative... I had to take one once a day to ease to get my body back into a rhythm
