Libra should be available at the technick shop in Rabanastre (Batahn's Technicks) for 500 gil. Until you can get it, equip one of your party members with a Bangle, it keeps Libra constantly cast. I wish I knew exactly what part of the game you were at to give you a good leveling spot. Are you at the Dreadnought Levithan yet? Before you beat the the boss, Judge Ghis, if you trip the alarm system, it will bring a lot of Imperial Swordsman and Magi. Keep tripping the alarms, and they will keep coming. If you are past this, you can level pretty well in the Ogir-Yensa Sandsea and Nam-Yensa Sandsea. I'm guessing by your levels that you are probably around this part of the game. The areas for great leveling will not come until you are much further in the game. Also, eventually you will be able to buy Embroidered Tippets, which will double the EXP you earn.

well instead of buying the Libra technique just wear a bangle in the mean time. the Libra technique can only be bought in the technique stores. well one thing i did to lvl up fast was, i waited for these spells to become available; immobilize, dark. in the Giza plains, if you keep going past the village, you eventually see to big monsters with giant swords. make sure all your char have access to the spells i just mentioned. now from a distance, have your party cast immobilize on the beast, reason i say your party is just in case some one misses, also try to cast that spell when the beast are close together, once there immobilize, stay distant cause the can still strike if you get close. now just start casting dark on them and just repeat as necessary.

when you get to the place where its a split level city with all the rich living above i think its soham palace it'll be a while yet but save all the hunts till you get there theres a vendor as you pass through the gates of the underground levels who sells you an item that doubles all your gained xp your best bet for libra is to put it on that auto thingy (sorry its a while since i played it) after you buy it with license points its pretty easy to get to on the license board an cheap an put it to the top of the list before attack and it will renew as soon as it runs out

You should train most when you are on your own, that way experience does not get split between anyone you are getting full reward for the kills, when you finally meet up with more people they levels will be relatively similar to yours (I think they appear between 2 levels below and 2 levels above yours depending on who it is), then just go around killing a lot of low to mid level monsters to get lp to spend on beefing your character up, get the upgrades which improve your hp and damage and things like that, when you start to get stronger then move to larger opponents to level up fast then go pick up more team members and progress in the game.

I played the demo, which was enough for me to decide I didn't want to buy the game, at least not new. It has gotten rave reviews from some game magazines and I haven't really heard many complaints about it though. It is afterall, still final fantasy. For cheats check gamespot, or gamefaqs.

www.gamefaqs.com is your best source for leveling up tips.

Unfortunatley most of the big leveling up techinques don't come till a more advanced stage in the game.
