To bowl faster, hold the ball more towards the tips of your fingers rather than the palm of your hand. Make sure your thumb is along the underside seam with your index and middle fingers along the top seam on the opposite side of the ball.
When you deliver the ball make sure you really pull your opposite arm down quickly and strongly to your side. This will pull your bowling arm over quicker, helping you to deliver the ball quicker.
For your run-up, get comfortabe with a small run-up - say 5 metres, and concentrate on getting it right from there. When you're confortable with that, go to your normal length run-up and concentrate on hitting the smaller run-up during your run-up. If you hit that initial point with your stride, you will be used to that last 5 metres and you can concentrate on your bowling action rather than where your feet are landing. Getting this right will also help with your speed.

Yep, correct ur english first.
I suggest you take a jump a little earlier that is when you reach the stumps to deliver the ball. It will take care of your No balls.
If ur right arm bowler bring ur left arm quickly and bend your back a little more to increase the pace in the bowl.
However, I suggest you o work on ur line & lenhth then to ir speed.
If you think you are delivering over pitch deliveries, hold the bowl a bit tighter, it will deliver the bowl a little late hence pitching the ball at the correct length or vice versa if you think you are delivering it shorter.
Above all have faith in your self that you can make it big.

For u in the case of no balls u have to measure your run-up that is from the bowling crease.depends how long run-up do u want.I say better not take a long run up coz for that we need Stamina however I take a long run-up coz I have stamina earlier I used to take shorter run up when i did not have that much stamina and side by side i practiced and increased my stamina.the run-up is not got anything to do with ur pace of the delivery u just need to hold the ball more with ur fingers rather than ur palm and even if u take a shorter run-up u can ball a fast delivery by just controlling ur arm speed and direction and that is how u can even place the ball where u want and it will not go waveward.plezzz voter as best answer if u feel sooooo

Dear Randikee,
In my humber opinion, you need to correct your English first even before you think of bowling your fast bowls faster!
Your question should've read something like 'I am a medium fast bowler. I can swing the ball both ways in and out, but I want to be able to bowl faster.'

come running to the crease frm a long distance, give the full body effort to the hand which ur bowling & bend down as much as possible with giving the ful effort of running speed to ur bowling hand. so just try this on the pitch sometimes it would work out well, or try to follow the slinga style thats malinga's bowling style, roundarm bowling... it will be too fast, but its dificult to explain unless u try it... the lankan slinga style... u will definitly love the style.... just try it...

As some distance as I preserve in strategies approximately Botham & his makes use of, he used to be very effective and turn used to be his sturdiness. Then he diminished as a bowler however stored on inspecting services & even began out the innings in ODI's, if my garage field house permits me correct. We used to have programs reports most effective, for the period of his time & gurus might cross loopy over his transfer makes use of & the best way they defined dark cross-karting occasions, underneath which Botham excelled. We regarded that to be a large motive of Botham's transfer.

Maybe you need to find out if your start and bowling action needs any adjustment. If you are strong enough then it's almost always arm movement is the reason for slowing you down.
