curtis granderson, him and rollins are the 8th and 9th players since 1960 to have at least 10 doubles, triples, home runs at the all star break, his 16 triples lead the mlb, he was leading the mlb in extra base hits but now is 2nd, he has 9 outfield assists which is 2nd among centerfielders, .297 average, all star next year for sure

There are a lot of great rookies that are playing outfield this season. For example Hunter Pence and Chris B. Young are both great players.
Chris B. Young has hit 19 HRs and has also stole as many HR he has hit. He may have a low BA but, the kid is good and is one of the many great rookies on the Diamondbacks.
Hunter Pence had the highest BA in the National League at the All-Star break. He now isn't doing as well due to injuries but, he certainly was one of the top rookie players going into the second half of the season.

Mark Teahen is the best young "defensive" right fielder in the game. His RF of 2.75 would be one of the very best in the past 60 years. Only a couple of full time right fielders have put up a 2.70 or better - 13 A is third in all of MLB and 7 DP leads MLB. >Not bad for a guy who had not played in the OF before this year. He does not have the power arm of a Clemente, Colavito, Kaline, or Barfield but he has as accurate an arm as any I have ever seen. (Ichiro has been considered the best right fielder in the game, his career best RF-2.53 A-12 DP-4)
If Teahen puts up a RF of 2.70 or better with 16 assists and 8 DP's and does not win a gold glove. It's a freaking rip off
The best "all-around" outfielder is Curtis Granderson his 3.16RF is much better than Sizemore's 2.69 - And Granderson is the better offensive threat
Granderson
BA-297 OB%-350 SLG-557 SB-14 CS-0
RF-3.16 A-9
Sizemore
BA-281 OB%-387 SLG-473 SB-28 CS-7
RF-2.69 A-1

Jacoby Ellsbury, who is currently playing for the AAA Pawsox, the Boston Red Sox farm team. He played a few games for the Red Sox this season, and this kid is FAST! His speed is beyond that of anything I have seen. He would definitely give Ichiro a run for his money in a race. He will most likely play center field for the Red Sox in a few years, or sooner barring a coco crisp trade, or some other outfielder gets traded. He will probably play the bench for the Red Sox in the postseason, as he is a huge addition as a pinch runner. If this kid gets the bat on the ball, and puts it anywhere fair, he can get on base. You know how Ichiro hits a hard grounder to the SS, and the SS has to hurry to get him out at first, well this kid is the same way. He will help any MLB team, as he will probably force quite a few throwing errors with his speed. Once in a Red Sox game this year, he was on second, and the pitcher threw one off the catcher and the ball went off down the third base line, and he took third, and headed home, and was safe at home on a ball that went about 30 feet away from the catcher. With that kind of speed, as long as you hit the ball, you will be productive.

Grady Sizemore is only 25 years old, and is the cornerstone of the Cleveland Indians. He came in and took the centerfield spot from Coco Crisp (now with Boston) and has really emerged as one of the best outfielders in the league. He is ranked in the top 3 centerfield along with Ichiro Suzuki and Curtis Granderson. Sizemore hits for average (.281) and power (19 HRs 62 RBIs), and even is becoming a threat to steal bases (28 SB). As far as his defense goes, he has a .993 fielding % and has made some top knotch web gems this season. Look for a lot more from Grady Sizemore in the near future.
EDIT: I also have to agree with the_iceman86 and say that BJ Upton is one of the best young guns. He is a very versitile player who can play SS, 2B, 3B, and OF. He is starting to develop into a good CF in Tampa and can hit for power as well as hustle out plays to turn singles into doubles.

Right now I would have to go with Carl Crawford, who gets very little attention in Tampa Bay, who is a five tool player with unbelievable talent. The best up and coming outfielder, who has not been around long enough to do much at this time, would be Carlos Gomez on the Mets. He is bigger, stronger, faster, and will be just as good a hitter as Jose Reyes in a few years, and with pop in his bat.

BJ Upton CF (was a shortstop) Tampa Bay. I'm a Yankees fan so in the past few weeks i've gotten to watch this kid, and he is going to be one heck of a player (he already is). He's sick fast, has power to all fields, and seems to have a good head on his shoulders, his numbers this year are very strong, especially considering that he has only played 78 games. And he's only 22.
BA- .325
HRs- 15
RBI- 49
OBP- .403
SLUG- .556
SB- 13
Projected over a whole season, he'd have something like....
BA- .325
HRs-31
RBI-100+
SB-30+
