What I meant to say, was not that he appeared on it, but something else!!! That is what I get for being up so late! :)

he was Roscoe Piccalo(1 episode,1981)
his daughter Cathy Silvers played Jenny Piccalo(5 episodes,1980-1984)
his daughter Candace Silvers played Carla(3 episodes,1981-1983)

Ahhh, but he did appear on the Beverly Hillbillies as a New York City con man and he was hilarious. Wasn't he the owner of the production company for HDs in conjunction with somebody else? It is fuzzy (verrrry fuzzy) but I thought I saw something like that in the credits?

Hmmm. Others in agreement. Never mind.

whoever u are that was good! i met phil silvers as a young teen at a friars club sunday here in los angeles, my uncle who was a member always played gin with phil and a few of the comics at that time! how i wish now i could have recorded some of those games!!!

Yep - he did - he played Jenny Piccolo's father. Jenny was played by his real daughter Cathy.

his daughter was a friend of Joanne Cunningham, ( Jennie piccolo), and yes, he did appear in one episode as the father of the girl.
