There is NO SUCH THING as a FREE DOMAIN NAME.
These are purchased and renewed every year there are people waiting in line for some of them to expire or not be renewed.
There are literally hundreds of different services out there that do and offer domain search and purchase. I suggest you stick with someone reputable. I use Yahoo's Geocities for both Domain Service and Web Site Service, I have had them for several years without a problem.
Please don't get hung up on the free, because it really doesn't exist, they are all out there to make money.

Eh I would suggest growing up first before getting a domain because it sounds like you're a teenage girl with no common sense.
You need to buy your own domain/hosting. There are places/ people that offer free domain hosting, but no legitimate place gives out free domain names, unless you want to be scammed in some way.
Just grow up, get common sense, hone your web design skills (for a few years most likely.), buy your own domain/hosting, and then you'll be set.
