The answer to your question would be yes!
The 13 year-old should wait another five years at least before dating anyone seriously.
Just my opinion.

I have a 13 year old daughter, and He** no she would never go out with a 17 year old...where are your parents.....13 year old girls are way too young to date.

no longer something is difficulty-free it in basic terms relies upon on your genes. That been pronounced youre little doubt fortunate, im 15 and that i had to be an editorial type (dont ask), yet i couldnt because of the fact the im basically 5'5. And ive seen outfits made for tall women that ive somewhat sought after yet i couldnt purchase them because of the reality that identity seem somewhat extraordinary. in basic terms embody your distinctiveness and do your very own element. As woman gaga would say, you have been born this way :D

uh yeah way too old. Both of them are at totally differnt life experiences right now and i can't imagine the seventeen year old/18 yr old would really want a relationship with the 13 years old no matter what he says

yes, i am pretty much the same age as you, and there is an unofficial rule for this age.
no more than 2 year levels in school
so dont go below 15, 14's pushing it
but 13 is too young
its alright when you are older but not now, they would have hardly finished puberty.

Well, apart from the fact it's illegal in most countries to date a 'minor', there's something sick about dating someone who's not even grown pubic hair yet.
Oh, and there's a word for it - paedophile (or pedophile in the US)
