Usually at parties I go to nobody chooses truth so I have mostly dares.
1) Have a guy and a girl switch clothes.
2) Have a guy strip to his boxers, go to a neighbor's house, knock on the door and ask for a sweater and a pair of flip-flops. (We did this when we were at a party and someone at the party lived on the same street so she went with the guy when he knocked on the door.)
3) Have someone eat a piece of cookie off of someone else's tounge.
4) Have a guy dress up in a mini skirt, a tank top ( we stuffed the shelf bra too), and heels and dance to "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun".
5) Have a guy pretend hes a pole and have a girl pole -dance on him.
6) Have someone kiss everyone in the room in a different spot.
We kind of pick on the guys at our parties...
When we do do truths, guys usually ask girls questions about things they don't know about girls, and girls ask questions that they've been wondering about guys in general.
Another fun game is "Never have I ever." Everybody holds up 10 fingers and people say things they've never done. Like, "never have i ever kissed a girl" or "never have I ever smoked." If someone has done what the person said they have never done, they put one finger down. They way we play, the person who puts all of their fingers down first looses and they have to either do a dare or answer a truth so it's kind of like truth or dare.

ahahahh..i never played a serious game of truth or dare..so i only have a rough idea of the game..

dares:put toothpaste under your armpits and cho cho like a train. go out on the street crouch down and meow like a cat (make sure you there is people watching). run round naked. eat a tomato sauce sandwhich, drink 10 shots of voda in a row. gargle water whilst trying to sing a song if they dont guess it youve got to carry on.
Truth: ever had sex on a plane, ever kissed someone of the same sex. strangest place youve had sex, most embarresing moment
