Theocracy is a system of government, where religion plays a dominant part. Creationism is the dominant theme in that form of government. Actually, most everything else in the society is subservient to religion. Theocracy uses religious texts interpreted literally to govern.
There are many theocracies today in existence. The Wahabi govt. in Saudi Arabia is one of them.

The creation of man would be the caste system. That was the government, according to ancient history, in place during our appearance. Everyones birth determined their job and place in life. You couldn't rise above or sink below your station. The gods said it was the perfect system. Too bad they didn't get the human point of view.
India has had the caste system since day one and it has not changed to this day.

In one sense systems of government have no bearing on or relation to scientific theories or religious myths, however, in another sense, there is a real relation to systems of government which have come to be in existance. All the systems of government on the earth have evolved from earlier forms of government and many of them were set up due to religious mythologies and beliefs as well. But there, the distinction ends.

The nazis where probably the most evolutionist form of government... They had no qualms about claiming the survival of the fittest while they annihilated whole populations. Clearly we cannot live by evolutionary principles as we are not animals anymore (and the nazis where). Even health care would have to be discarded as it is a counter-evolutionary practice that makes it possible for an individual to survive while in nature an animal with a similar defect or disease would certainly die.
Counter-evolutionary... I´m gonna have to copyright that one...
